• Providing or permitting use of, or disclosing Sorkins.com or any part thereof to third parties.
• Distributing, reusing, sublicensing, selling, or granting other rights to Sorkins.com or any part thereof.
• Using Sorkins.com or any part thereof to compete in any manner whatsoever with Sorkins Inc.
• Sorkins subscriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All subscribers serving the public interest, including libraries, schools, and other educational facilities, agree to restrict access to Sorkins to their internal computer networks and to only those building and facilities which are part of the organization.
