The company recently finished an expansion of its Raytown headquarters where it has a 250-person call center, It also has a 450-person call center in St. Joseph and a 75-seat call center in Halstead (KS). It is still looking to expand.
While its history is primarily in the direct response and inbound sales business, it has extended into customer care and technical support. Each day it processes 40,000 contracts through its three call centers.
