Ben M. Hilliker, CEO, is a graduate of Washington University's School of Business Administration. He was President of an engineering firm with offices in five cities, prior to entering the commercial real estate field. In 1973, Mr. Hilliker sold his engineering firm and commenced as an agent for one of St. Louis' largest commercial real estate firms. By 1983, Mr. Hilliker was probably the highest producing commercial Realtor in St. Louis. In 1985, Mr. Hilliker established Hilliker Corporation, he being its sole agent. In the intervening years, Hilliker Corporation has grown to have 15 agents, who average over 20 years with Hilliker Corporation. All agents are full time and handle only commercial, industrial, institutional and investment real estate. In 1993, Hilliker Corporation commenced property management operations and has since accumulated over 45 management properties with total floor area of over 2,000,000 square feet. No property owner has ever chosen to terminate Hilliker Corporation's management services. Since 2011, the principals of Hilliker Corporation have been principals of the associated firm, Westwood Net Lease Advisors, which specializes in the sale of fully net leased, investment properties. H. Meade Summers III, Summers is the President of Hilliker Corporation, an accomplished broker, and a prominent figure in St. Louis-area real estate. A native of St. Louis, he is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School in Sunset Hills, MO. He later attended Union College in Schenectady, NY, graduating with honors in 1985. Beginning in college and throughout his twenties, he played Division 1 and Select-Side Rugby. The sport took him all over the world, including to Hawaii, where he competed against Manu Samoa; and to England, where he played for the University of Bath. In 1986, he joined Hilliker Corporation as a real estate agent. He rose to success in the company quickly, being promoted to Vice President in 1988 and becoming a principal in 1990. Since joining Hilliker, Mr. Summers has overseen the redevelopment of over 3,000,000 square feet of building space. He has helped clients rehab the historic Falstaff Brewery complex, the St. Louis Post- Dispatch Office Building, and the Stupp Brothers Bridge and Iron Works, to name a few.

Hal C. Ball graduated from Amherst College with honors in 1984 and joined Hilliker Corporation in 1985, the year it was founded. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ball has completed over 900 separate transactions, including sales of major retail centers, office towers, and industrial facilities. He continually nurtures a unique ability and passion for the art of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Ball led a team that represented the St. Louis Public Schools and the St. Louis Archdiocese, which sold over 50 institutional facilities in the St. Louis region in a four year span. Over his career, he has purchased (and sold) a variety of office, retail and industrial properties for his own portfolio. With this perspective, he's personally familiar with the challenges faced by his St. Louis clients, as well as the solutions available to them. In particular, he is proud of a recent transaction, in which he brokered the sale of a 132,000-square-foot industrial space under unique circumstances. Representing both the building's owner and buyer (an Italian plastics manufacturer), the sale of the building included many complexities for Ball to manage: state subsidies, building re-purposing and re-zoning, railway issues, metric conversion, Italian to English translation, and partial demolition of the structure. The deal was successful, establishing the Italian company in the US for the first time. Additionally, it brought dozens of new manufacturing jobs to the St. Louis area. Mr. Ball has been as a member of the St. Louis chapter of SIOR since 2000 and served as its president in 2010. In 2008, he was voted St. Louis Commercial Realtor of the Year and is consistently designated a Power Broker by CoStar. In 2016, he was awarded the Largest Retail Sale Award by the St. Louis Commercial Board of Realtors.

John Shepley, is a native St. Louisan who has been a successful Commercial Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Mr. Shepley earned his MBA in Finance from the University Of Missouri-Columbia. Coming to Hilliker Corporation in 2001 with broad experience in marketing and real estate, he has participated in over 500 inclustrial, office, retail, investment, and land transactions. His clients have included Bank of America, Creative Producers Group, Commerce Bank, Plumber's Supply, and many others

Scott E. Martin graduated from Harvard University with a Masters Degree in City Planning, from St. Louis University, a Masters Degree in finance and from the College of Wooster with a Bachelor of Arts. Mr. Martin was, for 8 years, a Vice President of an international architectural firm, serving as senior advisor for overall real estate planning for its clients. Since joining Hilliker Corporation as an agent in 1994. Mr. Martin has assisted buyers/sellers and tenants throughout the metro area. He has sold and leased land, office, retail and industrial buildings, completing over 600 transactions. Mr. Martin has extensive experience along the I-44 corridor from St. Louis to Fenton to Sullivan and has completed over 80 transactions in Franklin County, i.e. 313,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing complex in Union, MO, 160,000 Sq. Ft. in New Haven, MO, 40-acre industrial park in Pacific, MO, office and retail buildings in Washington, MO. He sold acreage In the City of Columbia, MO for development of student housing, a 100,000 Sq. Ft. shopping center in Leadington, MO and numerous properties in Jefferson County and St. Charles County.

A. William Aschinger grew up with commercial real estate, being from a family, which is active in the field. Mr. Aschinger graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Aschinger was an early entrepreneur and ran a successful retail business from 1979 through 1990. In 1991, Mr. Aschinger joined Hilliker Corporation and used his entrepreneurial spirit to help his clients find and acquire properties as well as sell and lease his clients' properties on desirable terms. He commonly completes forty or more office, industrial, retail and investment deals per year. Mr. Aschinger has been especially active in tenant and buyer representation. Peter Newton, vice president of sales, is a native St. Louisan. He attended The University of Kansas, served in the Navy, and has traveled and taught all over the world. His real estate experience started in corporate leasing where he was tasked with building the physical, wireless communications networks in the early years of the wireless industry. Mr. Newton has more than fifteen years of brokerage experience. His knowledge and experience runs the broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions. He believes that "full service" brokerage means just that. There are no aspects of a deal that he is not prepared to marshal through to completion, on the best possible terms for his clients.

Frank L. Yocum graduated in 1975 from the University of Missouri-Columbia ancl was initially engaged in insurance sales and then research analysis for the Missouri House of Representatives.
