Ben M. Hilliker founded Hilliker Corporation in 1985, after 12 years experience as a commercial-industrial agent. A former president of the St. Louis Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Hilliker directs the operation of Hilliker Corporation. Hilliker also continues to work directly in sales and leasing.
H. Meade Summers III, a veteran with Hilliker Corporation, represented in 2003, the buyers for the Central Institute for the Deaf and the Board of Education building, fronting the Old Post Office Square. Mr. Summers Has been involved in rehabbing the Falstaff Brewery Complex, the former St. Louis Post-Dispatch Building & Stupp Brothers Bridge & Iron Works. Mr. Summers is a specialist in buildings suitable for historic tax credit development. Traditionally, he has been an industrial broker and continues successfully in that area.
Hal C. Ball, Senior Vice President and a principal of the firm has worked at Hilliker since its founding in 1985. He has consistently been top producer of the firm. He has completed over 800 transactions. In 2006, Mr. Ball led a team of Hilliker agents to win the bid to sell eight surplus Catholic church complexes which were all sold or leased by year's end. Mr. Ball represents the St. Louis Public Schools and the St. Louis Archdiocese, having sold over 50 institutional facilities within the last 10 years.
John Shepley, participated in over 300 real estate transactions throughout his career. In 2006, Mr. Shepley assisted with the disposition of the four building Steelcote Industrial complex at Grand and Chouteau, the disposition of an excess Salvation Army facility comprised of 51,000 square feet on 1.5 acres near the Anheuser-Busch Brewery and other significant transaction was the sale of the fully-leased, 34,000-square-foot Iron Mountain building in Hanley Industrial Court.
Scott Martin, a commercial real estate broker at Hilliker Corporation since 1994, has experience in real estate brokerage, consulting and urban planning. Martin having numerous transactions along the I-44 corridor including Fenton, Pacific, Washington, St. Clair and Sullivan (MO) has made Hilliker the most successful commercial-industrial real estate firm in Franklin County.
Will Aschinger has been with Hilliker Corp. since 1991. His experience is wide spread over all aspects of retail, office, warehouse and investment deals. His previous transactions included selling a Fenton (MO) site to Road Ranger, a midwest fuel retailer, and representing Riverview Gardens School District in its acquisition of two Archdiocese facilities. In 2008, Mr. Aschinger was selected Commercial Realtor Associate of the year. Overall, he completes 40 or more transactions each year.
Patrick T. McKay, joining Hilliker in 1993, has always advocated a win-win position for all real estate transactions he's been involved with, because of his philosophy, he has represented numerous clients in purchasing, selling and/or investing in real estate. Many of his clients are repeat clients over several years. He has handled numerous transactions involving the sale of office, warehouse and manufacturing facilities in both Missouri and Illinois.
Peter Pfeifer joined Hilliker Corporation in 1999. Mr. Pfeifer's successes include the recognition of Maplewood as an emerging commercial opportunity before most other commercial brokers and successful work on the real estate goals of the Board of Education of the City of St. Louis as well as the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Other successes include commercial/industrial sales and leases ranging in size from 800 square foot, office to 173,000 square foot, industrial facilities. He serves on several boards and is a former City of Brentwood alderman.
